New Changes to the IUD 1 Year Program Effective January 1st, 2021

Due to delays in the program in 2020 related to COVID-19, we have been forced to shift applications deadlines back 2 months. This means the new deadline for applications for a particular start date are now 5 months prior to that start date, instead of the previous 3 months.

In ordered to be considered for the 1 year program, applicant files must be completed (including all prerequisite classes) by the deadlines below.

Application deadlines are five months before each start date.

New Deadlines for Applications

Class Start/Deadline

• January/August 1st
• April/November 1st
• July/February 1st
• October/May 1st

Applications may be started at any time but are not considered “complete” until all file items are in and all prerequisite courses are completed. I encourage anyone interested in our program to apply so soon as possible.

Additionally, the following new GPA requirements are now in place for consideration for the 1 Year Program:

Overall GPA must be at least a 2.5.

GPA for all eight pre-requisite course must be at least a 3.0.
